I just watched this, and it pretty much sums up everything I have been going through recently and why I feel the need to go to Ireland right now. (replace musician with filmmaker) Wow. Plus I love Metric. But, strange to see this right now .

Getting It Together
Today my task is to put together a folder of everything I will need in Ireland. This includes but is not limited to:
- Release forums
- Directions to the different cities/towns
- Reservation print outs (hotels, b&b’s, plane tickets)
- Articles and notes on the history of the country and places I will be going
Booked
Just book my flight from London to Dublin! And booked my hotel in Dublin. Not staying at the Camden Court anymore. Found a 4 star hotel for 3 nights for $200!
Ok, I get it
I’ve changed my mind. I keep saying I’m going to make a documentary in Ireland, and maybe, just maybe, it’ll end up being a documentary. But most likely, it’ll be a weird experimental personal and yet relatable non-fiction short film. That’s what I do.
Things to buy/do for Ireland list

Reservations at hotels and B&B’s
MagicJack for calling US

JUST BOUGHT MY TICKET
AHHHH!! I’m going to Ireland and London! I leave on March 15th, get to Dublin on the 16th. I fly from Seattle to London, London to Dublin. I’m in Dublin from March 16-28. Then go back to London on the 28th, stay there for a few days, and return to Seattle on the 1st of April.
This is really happening. I have about 5 weeks to get my shit together.
Oh and all together, I paid about $660 for all the tickets. Woohoo!
After Two Weeks
I am no longer sick. That was horrible. Now I can get back to work. I just realized I am planning on leaving for Ireland in 5 weeks. 5 WEEKS! I’ve got a hell of a lot to do before then. When I was sick, I quarantined myself and only left my apartment when I absolutely had to. Now, I’ve got so much to do within the next 5 weeks, that once again, I will only be able to leave my apartment when I absolutely have to. But for two weeks traveling around Ireland, I think it’s worth it.
